Willy, I note that from the projections 10000 per year is approx. 28 per day, meaning 14 in and 14 out. Not so many considering the opening hours are said to be 7 am to 11pm.

If all else fails, there is a possibility that you may have an odd static problem. Static can do odd things so I would check that your aileron, flap, elevator and rudder bonding is good....

For those that are interested, the UK CAA website shows MK as having registered 10 747's. Of those, 6 hold current ARC's. They are G-MKBA, G-MKCA, G-MKGA, G-MKHA, G-MKJA, G-MKKA.
