Long ago, a Slingsby Swallow was my favourite - one with the big (Dart?) canopy. It flew like a brick but was fun. Moved for work, changed club and ended up on a K8 which was luxury in comparison....

but aren't those (bouncy bouncy) characteristics fairly normal taildragger? Last time I looked at a Europa it looked like a taildragger to me - no wonder you need to hold off properly.
