You are correct about the pressure difference meaning that the door wont open in flight, especially on the Boeing 737, as the door is a plug type that falls inwards before opening...

At EZY we don't allow pax to drink their own alcohol, so we can monitor their intake of alcohol on board. Its quite rare that I see people drinking their own, only once a week say....
