As all their flights are early am arrivals and PM departures meaning that they are on the ground at LHR for approx 12 hours

Many companies at LHR/LGW etc do not pay that for Experienced staff of in some cases ( and i'm sure you all know who ) Dispatchers ! :rolleyes:
