Do holiday charters take into account the fact that most people put a bit of weight on during their holiday (I always do:sad: ) times by 200-250 it could add up?

Hello all,
I hope this is the right forum for this type of question.
I was wondering if the airlines have a standard weight they use for passengers when calculating their loadings.
