Unless you have a job lined up after your type rating - a self sponsored type rating with no hours on type is useless !!!

Search around, most airlines ask for at least 500 hrs on type these days....

As from july 25th bmi pilots have to call crewing at the end of every duty day to accept changes to their roster - why ?

Management say, it is to avoid roster disruption - what a load of b******s...
