eg aircraft insurance and public liabilty or is this the same

was looking to build my own zodiac xl aircraft but looking through FLYER found this aircraft in price range but with expensive bills possibly on the horizon with it will steer...

i have just had my eyes tested and found that;

right eye +5.75
cyl -2.0
axis 7.5

distance acutiy 6/6 +
near acuity n4/5
