pilot shortage

i am a saudi pilot,and found out after looking at most of the jobs here that the ops is mostly run by expats..the atitude towards the locals is not that good and it is very hard to get an interview...

you don't need a letter but if you are an aramcon they have made a small deal with them to use planes and in return they will not grab their pilots but there is a way around every thing

th one time that an arab contry looks after the locals you guys start jumping ..i work for a company and am a local we get expats with marginal experience and they fly as copilots and make more money...

if you have lead or training experiance this is a good time to get in for management which is all expat so far

they have to fly domestic by law for two years then will go international after that
737 300 irs no gps ex air nz planes ..fairly good condition not like their competition in nass. expect 4 sectors...

nass saudi arabia is always looking if you get a choice apply for the g300 or 737 operation not the airbus..they will be hiring for the next 20 years
bex air is hiring but don't think they are...
