Talked to head of recruitment in the crewroom recently and he said they had 4500 applications and over 500 with an internal recommendation.

So to get in as of today you definitely need a LOR....

I was almost in the same shoes you are when I returned to Norway from the states last year. Had 3800 hours, 2700 Learjet and FAA ATP. I did not have to show any form of paper confirming a MCC course....

I did the whole US thing and had a few thousand hours and an ATP when I returned to Norway.

The only way to get away with only doing 2 (of 14) exams for the ATPL is if you have more than 3000...
