Not really an issue of getting flight time- we always swap seats on legs- more a case of not being in the mind set of either PIC or SIC- flight planning, fuel planning,pre-flighting etc....

We did Glasgow-Bangor in a 601-3A/ER in August of last year. 5 Pax 2 Crew I believe it was 5+15 enroute landed Bangor with 3000lbs- weather Bangor VMC.
