Having been PA since the change from Spec Aircrew I can confirm that I get more pay now than I did and would have if I'd stayed SA and secondly my pension will be almost 25% more under the new AFPS...

Don't agree!! If your PA then your pensionable salary will be greatly enhanced under 05. Obviously the later you leave the better you will be.
