Lufthansa Behavioural Markers System

I found an article on this particular airlines methodology in accessing Behavioural Markers System. The article was about 8 year old nevertheless very informative.
I am wondering if anyone reading this thread is from Lufthansa and is willing to share more information on the implementation method of this behavioural marker system.
