Could anyone direct me to where I could get the best (not too complicated) info regarding "The role of Cabin Safety in a commercial airline"?
It's for an internal job interview.

There's a book on just about any topic budgetbudgie, but I think that this one would be difficult or impossible to find!

You do state that it's for "It's for an internal job interview", thus you work for the airline already. There must be zillions of Cabin Crew close at hand who would give you the time to tell you the essential elements of what you need to know.

Failing that, there's always Google................
