Effectiveness Of CRM training
 
Does anyone know any published research which would indicate the effectiveness ( or lack of it) of the CRM training which has prevalent / mandatory in the industry for some years now ?

Some interesting work being done by Helmreich at the University of Texas through LOSA (Line Opeerations Safety Audit).
Some good papers on the UT website

hey mate

i am doing aviation at uni and i have a few references for CRM... where doing a assesment on human error in flight ops, not sure if its wat your looking for but will post anyway
