SMS software for small bizjet ops

Hi all,

I was wondering if you could share with me what different types of SMS software you are using for a small AOC (ICAO) flight department. I'd like to hear from those that are involved in the administration of SMS…

Thanks:confused:

I have been asked to consult in setting up a small turbine operation initially with just two 19 seat aircraft so also will be looking at vendors of SMS programs, pilot flight/duty monitoring programs and possibly a program to follow aircrew training and checking. The records themselves will be no problem while the operation remains small and ditto actual rostering, though if the latter could be plugged into duty time monitoring, so much the better.
Any other vendors of stuff like CRM, Threat and Error Management etc that could be done on line also of interest.
Dangerous Goods taken care of with several established vendors here already, but the other offerings for services mentioned above are often either too complex for a small operation or cost way in excess of what is justified.
PM please.

New SMS system

Good morning!

Not sure if you've found a solution yet but I've been seeing a new system recently that a few of the companies I work with have been picking up. It follows the new ARMS methodology and has an inherent safety heatmap and from a pilots point of view is very easy to submit safety reports.

Not putting name of company as I think that breaks the rules of the forum (not too sure) but if you want to know more please drop me a PM and I'll try and find out who runs the system.

Thanks!

AAF:)
