Aviation security training

I am new to aviation security; aside from IATA (who I have heard mixed reports about), who are the leading and most respected providers of aviation security courses? I am most interested in courses aimed at managers/executives who are new to the industry. I will consider all manner of course from a short course on a specific subject through to an MSC via distance learning.

The UK Department for Transport runs just such courses.

I suggest you visit their website but all the course and training providers are listed here

Drop me a PM if you want any more information

Courses

Thanks for the link.

We already have training in place for our operational team from a provider based outside UK. This training covers all the operational areas listed in your link. I am quite happy with the training this firm provides to our team. I also have access to these types of course for myself if I want to attend/have time to attend alongside my operational team.

I was also hoping to be directed to courses aimed more at executives who are not directly involved in operations but need to learn more about airport operations, aviation security etc. Any further links would be appreciated.
