Aviation Safety Climate Survey Request for current commercial pilots
 

I HAVE SOUGHT AND RECEIVED PERMISSION FROM PPRUNE TOWERS FOR THIS POSTING.

Hello everyone,
I would like to ask PPrune members who are commercial airline pilots to complete a survey which looks at safety climate, trust in teams and perceived safety performance. It has been approved upstairs in PPRuNE Towers.

I am a current pilot with Aer Lingus and this is to help me complete my Masters Degree in Dublin City University Business School in work and organisational behaviour.
It is being completed to further research into leading indicators of aviation safety.
The survey takes about ten to fifteen minutes to complete and is completely anonymous and confidential.
The information will be used for research and educational purposes only.
