Question UAV accidents

Hi all,

Is anyone aware of an accident database that has entries for UAVs (or drones) - especially those that weigh >25kgs?

I've gone through the databases for ATSB, FAA and TRansport Canada and even though they have a search field for "Remotely Piltoed Aircraft" there does not seem to be many completed reports. While there are entries for nearmisses of aircraft with the hobbyist based drone, I am looking specifically for accidents for UAVs that weight over 25kg. So is anyone aware of such a database- or alternatively, the best way to search for such reports?

Thanks
