Just Culture / Ethical Use of Data Policies

I'm interested to know what sort of policies your airlines have for ensuring a just culture in terms of investigations and self reporting, in addition to policies ensuring that recorded data is used ethically.
If anyone has anything they are willing to share on the forum or via direct message it would be very much appreciated. Would also be keen to talk to someone on the phone (ideally AUS/NZ based) who has been involved in developing these sort of policies in some form or another.
