BA Video- Rushed Approach
No - but basically it stressed that departing the holding beacon at high speed saved relatively little time (at the risk of ending up hot and high) and pointed out that flap 1 and 5 on B757/767 added little in the way of drag. With both types it has always been better to kill the speed first, then add drag to make descent points.
It is one of the reasons BA started to use 15 flap on the approach though whether that is still the case I leave to others more up to date.
