Philippine Airlines to join OneWorld Alliance.

A new member for the alliance, whilst not a major world player they do have a decent Asian network and also service North America and Australia. If they get to resume London flights there might be some decent connections available on their network. Manila airport isn't the best of places to transit through but if the price is right it could be an option.
