With it seemingly inevitable that Delta will declare bankruptcy in the next few weeks, are Delta pilots about to resign enmasse in order to protect their accrued pension benefits. It is my understanding that they must resign BEFORE the airline declares Ch 11 to assure a payout of vested benefits. Comments...
