Didn't Viking buy the de Havilland name when they bought the non-biz jet lines from Bombardier?
But, confusingly, www.dehavilland.com brings up the website of "De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Ltd", plugging the Dash 8-400 and making no mention whatsoever of either the water bomber or the Twin Otter. Go figure ... |

The Series 400 Twin Otters are built in Victoria and then, the green aircraft are flown to Viking’s facility in Calgary, for painting and fitting out.
