Is that the L-1649A inside the hangar? And the one outside as well?
The video is from 2017 - hopefully we're not going to get every other historical foam party posted again ... |
i asked at the last foam party how this stuff was cleaned up but never got an answer. What do they do? Just let the bubbles slowly pop then sweep the floor? Let it blow away in the wind? I know , you can't stop it blowing away in the wind! I guess I'm asking it is just allowed to naturally disperse and if so what are the environmental issues, if any? Hope for some rain? Is there a residue left on the hangar floor that needs to be cleaned down with fire hoses to avoid fungus growth later and/or or to reduce slipperiness . Is there any corrosiveness associated with the product such that wash down of all hangar equipment (not to mention aircraft) is deemed necessary as soon as possible? How long does the stuff last, 'unmolested'? 30 minutes? A couple of hours, all day?

Foam is basically soap suds or detergent suds... I'm not sure which... but water should work for the cleaning
