Does anyone have any info on the cause of the "smoke" in the cabin on BA 422 to Valencia on the 6th Aug ?

How does this come to be classified as an accident? As far as I can see there were no serious injuries and no damage or structural failure to the aircraft.
The CIAIAC (Spanish AIB) has classified it as an serious incident (IN-039/2019): Accidentes e incidentes graves acaecidos dentro de territorio espaņol |
