Turkish Airlines pilot thanks his former school teacher

"Turkish Airlines pilot thanks his school teacher who was on board the flight. Very moving and shows the ultimate respect to the educators who shape our lives."

Am also wondering if these cabin-mounted cameras are on all flights on all airlines.

Pilot surprises his former school teacher on flight.

No, just on the ones being used to film promotional advertising that is made to look like a candid moment.

I had a feeling that was the case.

Ah come on Pratt, obviously it was planned and therefore cameras were mounted for this particular event. What airline wouldn't use it for a spot of good publicity? For the rest, I'm prepared to believe it to be quite genuine.

They are certainly on the Air China B787's, and I suspect the rest of the CA Fleet as I recently tried to open an overhead bin and found the camera lens where the handle should have been!

The cabin interior in the video with the 3-3-3 seating made me think it was a B787.
