Ryanair crew sacked

Ryanair crew sacked for poor taste stunt. Quite rightly deserved to be sacked in my opinion. I am assuming this was just the cabin crew and not the flight deck crew. I bet the crew members that did not take part are glad they did so.

After a long flight, stuck in a crew room, a couple of chairs already taken, having to stand between 01:30 and 06:00 because not enough chairs (well hard plastic cheapo "seats")... treated like sh*t, decided in extreme frustration to show what they would have to do to take a rest... sorry, my sympathies are with them, maybe a bit foolish, but you have to factor in the reasons that drove them to this.

Wouldn't have surprised me if they were handed how to meet your sales targets CBT's to while away the night, shared PC's of course.

I'm sure they are pleased to be out of that toxic ryanair environment anyway. Good luck to them, you deserve to be treated better than that!

No pilot really wants to work for Michael O'Liar and his pathetic DryOnAir. It's a low life airline and it's doing what it can to contain the public knowledge of its sorts. Good on that crew for staging a setup to illustrate the way they perceive their crap employer. Cheers.

If crew would not publish that picture we would never be able to see crew room video from CCTV which is not suitable for airport duty.

I am quiet sure that the crew from the famous picture already had another job secured, that is why they decided to post the picture.

You're either an FR Management stooge, or a disgrace to the Profession. Care to share?

I believe these individuals did this stunt with the full intention of getting sacked and FR have fallen for it hook line and sinker.

The union is already initiating legal action for unfair dismissal. It does not matter if they win said legal action or not.

The intention here is to ensure that the disgusting employment practices of this so called airline receive maximum publicity as this gets dragged through the courts.

And because the union will be bringing the action they cannot loose either way - If they don't win the court case they can just bring apeal after apeal, dragging FR through the mud each time.
