if your so disgruntled about the company and judging by your previous posts its a polite way of putting it... why the hell are you still there..?

be objective THY like many other airlines has its rough corners that will take time to smooth out..

im not trying to biased in anyway, i have worked for few airlines around various geographic locations and not one of them were immune to problems....IMHO i think your just being over melodramatic due to you pessimistic views of THY...
