Charging for applications - is it legal?
The moral discussion rages elsewhere, but I'd be curious to know if there are any legal eagles hoverring around who could offer some views.
If it is legal, then are there any obligations on the employer? e.g. to provide a response in a 'reasonable' time or whatever. |
