BA/SN Cartel?
Since British Midland pulled out of the BRU-BHX route SN and BA have almost doubled their cheapo fares which incidentally are remarkably similar. Are the days of cartels coming back?

Perhaps Midland decided that their loads were so low they couldn't make any money on the BRU route. If you'd noticed the loads generally on this route you would know that BA certainly can't afford to be giving away cheap tickets. You need more than 10 £60 day trippers to pay for an A319!
