Stowaways have survived in the 747 NLG well in the past.

There was a case roughly 10 years ago between Hawaii and the US mainland. Teenager as I recall who survived - without any severe long-term consequences. Apparently, the cold slows the metabolism so much that they can survive the thin air at cruise altitude so if they can survive the cold...

Lucky guy, often they get dumped on the approach when the gear goes down.
