United Kingdom re-joined SAFA Program

From the SAFA website:

Dear users,

As a consequence of the United Kingdom leaving the European Union, their participation in the EU ramp inspection programme ended at 31 December 2020.
Following their request to continue their participation as a "third country", a working arrangement has been agreed between the UK CAA and EASA, which was signed on 25 March 2021.
As of that date, ramp inspections conducted by the UK CAA are considered as inspections performed within the scope of the EU ramp inspection programme. However, there is one important difference: as the United Kingdom is no EU member State, all inspections on EU carriers are categorised as SAFA inspections instead of SACA inspections.
Best regards,
the ramp inspection coordination team
