Both AA and WN have AoA disagree indicator and AoA display. So the risk is reduced to acceptable level that grounding is not necessary

And if Boeing had made that a standard fit on all Max airframes (or retrofitted it FoC after the Lion Air accident), 157 people might still be alive today.

WSJ, BBC, FoxNews et al now reporting Trump has issued an emergency order grounding the 737 MAX in the US. Formal announcement from FAA expected soon.

And now, after everyone else in the world has said it shouldn't fly, Boeing has jumped on the bandwagon.
