Air Baltic skids off runway at SVO

Happened today on landing, according to multiple Lithuanian media. B735, RIX-SVO. The company blames the slippery runway and high winds...

From the pic it looks like they maybe went off whilst turning right into taxiway #13 (located approx midway down R06L between the two parallel runways O6L/24R-06R/24L). It's a 90º turn from the runway into the taxiway... it's certainly not an RET.

A Snowtam decode chart (for decoding runway friction from the 6 digit group just after the runway designator) can be found here.

A reasonable estimation for windspeed is to multiply MPS x2 to get knots.

Moscow is +3 hours ahead of UTC and the reported METAR's (referenced to UTC) were:
