Out of interest, don't CFPs have shear values at waypoints any more?

Ours (JetPlan) always did, but when working with another nation's large aeroplane crews, they'd never heard of such a thing - and it wasn't on their CFP (LIDO).

Are you flying offset tracks on NAT routes these days, so that you don't collect the downwash turbulence from an aircraft 1000ft above your track level? We used 0.5 nm upwind and it made all the difference.
