It's a nice video from inside a helicopter doing a photoshoot for promotional purposes - So yes, I believe they all knew what they were doing.

300m=1000', therefore standard separation. Perhaps anyone calling this an airprox should be landed with a libel case? We really need someone to start shutting down the newspapers' bull**** reporting.
