No cameras, mobile phones, computers, tablets, no prisoners, no witnesses.
When will you learn.

From a guy's perspective not an operational one: what those guys trying to achieve by letting Ms. Xypolitaki riding in the jump seat? They couldn't take advantage of (to be polite) and they run the risk of getting caught either by their local CAA or their wifes (much more serious).

Maybe they should fail their next check-ride just for lying about their mental age -only teenage boys have a similar train of thought.

If they do remain fired, I am wondering how much did it cost them few minutes in the cockpit (pun intended) with a lady.

They did the right thing, she would have been way too disruptive in the back with the other PAX.

Hai caramba! Los pilotos estupidos!

Well at the traveling public will be safer knowing there will be two less morons, from the dry end of the gene pool, grounded.

to welcome visitors into the "office" is still perfectly fine in some jurisdictions, and for some operators, at the captains discretion. Properly briefed and safely strapped into a jumpseat, I don't see that as a risk to aviation. Letting visitors play with controls on a passenger flight is an entirely different thing though, for that, I do think the pilots deserved to get sacked. The added stupidity of mixing tits into it, and at the same time letting visitors document this with videos/photos is beyond belief (and yet it happens again and again). They may be excellent aviators in many ways, but lack judgement, common sense, and professionalism. "Do not inflate until you have left the aircraft" comes to my mind, regarding male pilots equipment...

these lads didn't do it because of a sudden rush of blood to the head, or to somewhere else. Sucking up to celebs who then say nice things about it has been a basic part of the govt's strategy for maintaining public support for the cash black holes that are Aerolineas and Austral. This is just a particularly bad case of something that happens all the time. Oh and you can throw in a dose of our national passion for believing you can ben the rules with impunity and for improvisation in all aspects of life.

back in the day

Yeah, remember back in the day when we used to let the stu's fly the plane all the time? And the yummy lunches the SLF used to cook up on their hibachis flying the Haj? Man, this airline business just ain't no fun anymore.

OK, I'm joking. Really, I'm JOKING. For all you journos out there.

fuss and nonsense

gosh in the old days we have a busty blond on the jumpseat almost every night when our dc9 at BMA BD338 LHR-MME was oversold (the flight deck insisted on 'blond' if i could find one) LOL

gosh flying is no fun fun zone is it anymore?

i sat in the jumpseat and pushed the throttles forward on one of 9's on take off

why the big fuss now - no one died - we used to have fun - wheres that gone? BUT then there was no internet for viralness

Here's the Middle East version of the ever popular 'porn star in the cockpit' news story (customary pictures in the article below):

Pilot flying from Heathrow to New York 'invites ex-porn star and X Factor reject into cockpit, gives her champagne and cigarettes and lets her sit on his knee and push buttons because the plane flies itself'

By Jack Crone for MailOnline

Published: 06:00 EST, 26 July 2015 | Updated: 04:36 EST, 27 July 2015

An airline captain who calls himself the 'naughty pilot' invited a glamour model into his cockpit to let her play with the plane's controls, it's been claimed.

The pilot is also said to have ordered Chloe Mafia champagne, told her to sit on his knee and smoked 40 cigarettes during the transatlantic flight from Heathrow to New York's JFK airport.

Ms Mafia, real name Chloe Khan, took photos and videos while in the cockpit and has claimed the married Kuwait Airways pilot begged to see her breasts and boasted about bedding half of the stewardesses...

This boy is a local I'm told.

As long as his name is Al-Sabah, he'll be OK.

We still take whoever we want on the jumpseat, all legal, I really do not see the problem!

And yes, we also do this to and over UK aerospace. PIC has supreme authority on whom he/she allows on the flightdeck, as it should be.
I had my share of pretty looking women sitting on the jump, never a problem, sometimes, they require assistance on putting their harness on

Manipulating controls/buttons/switches is obviously a different animal and frankly, they did deserve dismission for that.

Presumably all the pleasurable fumbling with buckles takes place above FL100 in your now not-so-sterile cockpit ?

despegue,
I am sure the CAA, British Gov and Security Services will be most interested in Kuwaits total lack of respect towards their National Airspace. The same will go for the US Authorities I am sure.
You do understand that you NEED a country's permission to fly in it's airspace?
This stupid man could end up getting Kuwait's overflight and or landing permits cancelled.
