Why ? do you have info as to who gave instructions to who or which aircraft was not where it was supposed to be ? I do not.

No of course not, but we certainly do know who the operator was.

I agree with the above post. I doubt the crew knew they hit anything until they were airborne. The only incident I find inexcusable is the Ryan air flight. They knew they were very close and then received verbal confirmation they had hit the 767 yet choose to not notify the 767 or have a inspection done. To me that borders on criminal action.
