Unhappy Lufthansa engine fire

Picked up an emergency call today from LH706 near Amsterdam reporting an engine fire.

Does anyone know more about it?

I was operating from Hannover to Manchester and caught the back end of the conversation between a Kuwaitie flight and the London Sector Emergency operator on 121.50. Seems the problem was outside of the immediate Maastricht & London FIRs. A helpful Luft pilot obviously had the flight number decodes and gave the flight as originating in FRA and transitting to the Far East

I guess the weather was bad in Britain, as there was no "Practice pan, Practice pan" to spoil the exchanges on the emergency frequency.
