JammedStab From Wikipedia...
As the hydraulic pressure bled down and with the left engine still producing takeoff thrust, the aircraft jumped over the chocks,
lurched to the right (caused by the left engine thrust), and hit the Terminal building.[/quote]... my emphasis

Thanks, Peter H. I will rephrase my question: why did the captain bring this aircraft, with one engine at TO thrust, into a crammed parking?
I am quite familiar with the Kigali airport.
