BA to take over Bral

British Airways is to take over UK franchise operator and regional airline group, british Regional Airlines in a deal worth £78m. BA is planning to merge Bral, which includes Manx Airlines in the group, with Brymon Airways, a BA subsidiary operating out of Bristol.
