DATE: 08.01.2008LOCAL TIME: -LOCATION: Podgorica-Intl AP (LYPG) COUNTRY: Serbia & MontenegroAIRLINE: Montenegro ALTYPE: Fokker 100REGISTRATION: -C/N: -AGE: -OPERATION: ISPFLIGHT No.: -FROM: LjubljanaTO: PodgoricaVIA: -OCCUPANTS: PAX: 32CREW: 5 FATALITIES: PAX: 0CREW: 0OTHER: 0INJURIES: PAX: 0CREW: 0OTHER: 0DAMAGE TO AIRCRAFT: minor On final approach to land, the aircraft was hit by gunfire from the ground causing minor damage to one of its elevators. The landing was continued without further difficulties. It is believed the shot was coming from a orthodox christmas celebration being held near the airport at the time.
