Thumbs up N24110 Fuel Problems on the Atlantic yesterday.

Just wondering if anyone know how N24110, a piston single, who had to turn back from a eastbound atlantic crossing Yesterday ?? (approx time of Mayday 1230-1240z yesterday).
Listening in to 121.5 (I was BAW185, didn't transmit, everyone seemed to be coming up with the suggestions faster than me) for abt an hour or so, he was heading for either St Pierre or CYJT Stephenville, due poor wx in CYYT.
A ThomsonFly A/C going to Cancun was providing relay/help before going out of range.
Would just like to hear that he got on the ground OK (should have had enough fuel to make a suitable field).
Best wishes for a safe ending to the flight,
Kiwi1

Kiwi - suggestion: Why don't you put the DATE of the event in your title so that folk can see, at a glance, which date you're referring to? Words like 'yesterday' are meaningless when viewed amongst all the other threads!

Check your 10 O'Clock

Mr Bernoulli,

Check the top left corner of each post, where the date is given!

Check Yours FC!

FC, I think Mr B is right
Once you are in the thread the date is there on the replies, sure, but that is not the issue. If you are in the Rumours Forum looking at the choice of Threads the only date is that of the latest reply which tells you nothing about what "Yesterday" refers to.

Time/date

I agree with the suggestion that the date/time (and zone) should be included in the heading/body rather than "yesterday". I accept that posts are dated/timed but we have to remember that PPRuNe can be seen in time zones worldwide. Furthermore, it's simpler rather than reading "yesterday" or "Sunday" and having to work out quite what is meant.

Also, consider the situation when a thread runs for some time, after a week, much less a month a date is a much better point of reference.
