Singapore Ailines bombscare
Last week a SQ B747 returned to Frankfurt after having a bomscare inthe vicinity of Istanbul.
Today I read in a German magzine they have been followed by two German air force Tornados since they passed the German border on their way back, just in case they deviate from track. I`m sure those Tornados had were heavily armed and had clear orders.....
Someone wrote about "regular hijackings" and deescalation during hijacking in the leatherman and swiss army knives topic.
THERE WILL BE NO MORE "REGULAR HIJACKING" !!!
It scares me. What would I,for example, do after an engine failure in London? Return to Heathrow? Or better get vectors to a military field far away from any major city?
Will any airliner be suspect now when diverting for technical reasons?
