Angel Massive delays on April 19 ?

April 19 = Airac date = among other introduction of RVSM in UK ( significant reduction in capacities in most LATCC sectors,) but also introduction of EAM04 major airspace restructuration in Germany.( large reductions in capacities in many German ACCs and adjacent ones.. )
Nice combination.

This is a duplicate thread folks. There's one curently active on this very topic, here http://www.pprune.org/ubb/NonCGI/For...ML/013468.html . Closing this one down as a general act of housekeeping.
