AS350 DART APICAL Emergency Float Kit

Hi All,
Can anyone help me to determine to what minimum 'Sea State' the AS350 DART APICAL Float kit is approved to? I haven't been able to fine any information within the flight manual supplement. The float kit looks to be applicable to all AS350 models.

It had to be certified to at least sea state 4 per the guidance at the time. Part 27.801 required acceptance to "reasonably probable water conditions" which were further defined to a minimum of sea state 4 per AC 27-1A, Pg 424. I don't believe there was a requirement to formally note if it did exceed the ss4 ability. No clue if the EASA required a higher level.
