Key Challenges

Hi team,

Just interested in some thoughts...
What is everyone flying at the moment? what do you see as mission or key challenges within the rotor industry? Specifically in your segment, EMS, Utility, Forestry?

Within Oil & Gas I'd offer that the 'lower for longer' oil pricing period between 2014-2020 and Babcock's entry into the segment both reset pricing at an unsustainable level. Profits and risk margins were stripped out, efficiencies were made (often too far) to reduce pricing, and often the more attractive (long term production) contracts were 'bought', leading to issues when costs rose but irrational pricing didn't a few years in. Getting [most] oilco's back on the page marked 'sustainable pricing' has been a challenge, particularly when they are under pressure from the greens and being hit with windfall taxes.
