Sure are. There are four people who look like aircrew sitting / resting on the inverted AW139 in the various photos in links provided on ASN. I assume that is the crew? In that case, would seem like none suffered critical injuries.

I did some training for them years back.
Nice guys, and competent.
Glad they got out ok from the aircraft.

It looks to be tail rotor issue.
The video and the picture of the upside down aircraft is scary. Good news that everyone is safe.
