Agusta A109e/Hirundo Plans

Hello community,

My name is Fantauzzi Marco and I live in Luxembourg. I do RC model building and mainly helicopters. Would like to build a 1:5 scale model of the Agusta AW109e / Hirundo. With all the research I could do on the internet, I was unable to find detailed plans for the machine in question. I found this fantastic forum and would like to ask if anyone can help me.
The plans I need for the shape of the hull are the hull contours/frames and a detailed 3 side view. The more information/plans/details I have about the landing gear, the easier and more precisely I can recreate this beautiful helicopter.

I also wrote to Leonardo, but unfortunately without success. Facebook was also unsuccessful. I hope I don't violate any forum rules, if so I'll ask the moderator to delete my post.

I can only speak German or French, I translated this text with Google Translator, sorry if it isn't spelled correctly.

Kind regards - Fantauzzi Marco

Best I can do is the page out of the flight manual

Best for you would be a 3D CAD file, did you check the 3D files sharing forums
I would also go on amazon and look for model replica (1/32) and 3D scan them
just ideas

Get this one and refit it to your preference: https://www.vario-helicopter.biz/be/...t::200638.html

Thanks alot. I'm mainly searching via the A109E and that's quite difficult. I would also need the fuselage contours/frames. Let's see if anyone has the plans. Thanks to you.
Marco

Depending how accurate you want your 1:5 model to be, there are some detailed 1:72 scale models out there which you might be able to scale up..

Or you can inquire on a AW109 airframe station diagram which is found in the maintenance manual usually under Chapter 6. An example of a Bell 206L3 station diagram is below. This diagram provides exact dimensions from a master datum point to a number of points on the fuselage to include some vertical and lateral points as well. Unfortunately, I do not have access to any 109 manuals.

Hello,
Exactly what I'm looking for, I think it's called fuselage frame.
With these plans I could scale the frames in wood and shape the fuselage with Styrofoam.

Let's hope someone has these plans.

I already have the Revell kit and this hull from Vario is 1:6 scale and is the SP version.

Good morning,
That's exactly the kind of plan I'm looking for. If I still had the contours of the fuselage, then my search would be successful.

Wish you a nice Sunday.

Greetings Marco
