I see Auriga has won some marine pilot transfer work (Aus) and is loooking for pilots.

does anyone have experience working with them?

They did win Rio Tinto Dampier.
Last I heard, Captains with relevant experience were getting paid 175k AUD and that a rotational post with roughly equal time off. That info might be 12-18 months out of date though.
